A web browser is a program such as Internet Explorer or Netscape, that you use to view web sites on the internet.

In the past months we have been notified by numerous customers about some pages on our web site not fully loading on some browsers.  This is largely due to computers running older versions of Internet Explorer and other browsers that cannot load some pages of our site.

To make your experience at www.regalcraftcards.com.au a smooth and efficient one, we recommend that you see if your browser is an older version.  If it is, we strongly suggest that you update it as soon as possible.
 

How do I Know if my Browser Needs Updating?

Open Internet Explorer, click the menu, and then choose from the drop down menu.

You will then see a dialog box like the one below showing you which version of Internet Explorer is running on your computer.

This box is showing version 6.0 and is ok for browsing our Web Site.  If your browser is less than 6.0 then you will need to update your browser in order to view all of our web site pages correctly.  This process is similar in Netscape also.
